What stage occurs during adolescence? Provide an example from your childhood where you discovered your own role and personality traits. What peer pressure did you face? How did you respond to it?

What are some of the factors that affect social development in adulthood? What is a midlife transition? Do you know anyone who has experienced this? What did they go through?
