Professional Development of Nursing Task
- You have a paper due or before Saturday. When you write a paper, you need to include a thesis. This should be about 3 sentences and then a sentence describing the purpose of the paper. Example: “The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate….”
- Use 1-4 word BOLD Centered Headers to separate Rubric topics. Example:” IOM and Education”. Do not write a sentence for Headers.
- Make sure your grading rubric is nearby as that is how I must grade the papers.
- When you submit references, review APA 7th edition. Make sure you are placing references by author’s last name first in alphabetical order.
- Do not write in the 1st person for APA papers. You may use words such as “The author’s experience is…” or This writer’s observation” type sentences.
- Provide expanded examples from your experiences to support your analysis. Do not write papers only using quoted referenced material as you need to demonstrate critical thinking, analysis and application.
