STEP I: TOPIC SELECTION: PICO QUESTION AND BILL (IF APPLICABLE)

Each team will select a healthcare problem or current state care bill that impacts patient outcomes ( the healthcare problem we choose is Hypertension)
The final topic is formatted as a PICO question.
Describe the expected patient outcomes you hope to address for this problem (e.g. improved access to health services, decreased risk for infection, and improved communication, more services performed by trained by RNs).
