    • Julie has been a model employee for more than a year. In the past month, she has been late to work six times. You have noticed her checking her cell phone for messages very frequently, and she has been visiting non-work-related websites on her computer. A PowerPoint is a visual presentation, not a word presentation. Each slide should follow what is known as a 7×7, 6×6 or 5×5 rule, meaning there are not more than 7 lines of words on a slide, and no more than 7 words to a line (different styles/instructors might want the 6×6, or 5×5 rule).
