NSG 430V Professional Associations in Nursing

I have an example Writing Guide; need it editing as a template for a new question. Quite a simple task; research and fill in the blanks.

You simply just write and edit the bits of the document in green.

Produce this based on the question:

“Examine the importance of professional associations in nursing. Choose a professional nursing organization that relates to your specialty area, or a specialty area in which you are interested. In a 750-1,000 word paper, provide a detailed overview of the organization and its advantages for members. Include the following:
1. Describe the organization and its significance to nurses in the specialty area. Include its purpose, mission, and vision. Describe the overall benefits, or “perks,” of being a member.
2. Explain why it is important for a nurse in this specialty field to network. Discuss how this organization creates networking opportunities for nurses.
3. Discuss how the organization keeps its members informed of health care changes and changes to practice that affects the specialty area.
4. Discuss opportunities for continuing education and professional development.”

[course] – Week #, Discussion #

Welcome to my Writing Guide for [course] (Week #, Discussion #)! This guide promises to make writing your weekly tasks for your course much easier. In this guide, you’ll find all of the materials, references, and templates needed to write your own bespoke answer in the highest quality, so you can spend less time getting good marks!

Below; we’ll break the question down together and you can pick and mix discussion points that are supported by their own references and citations.

Week #, Discussion # questions ask you to “[question]”.

If you’re familiar with these guides and want to skip to the info and template, scroll down to the end of the document!

Structuring this Discussion Question
We’re going to break this one down into # parts.

  1. [Part 1]
  2. [Part 2]

Naturally; we’re going to write an Introduction to open it all up, and a conclusion to bring our points together.

Step 1 – Mix and Match bullet points of information for each part of the discussion.
It’s recommended you randomly pick three of the five points for your discussion (or add in your own!). This will give you enough reference material for the marks, keep the content random enough for a low similarity score

Step 2 – Choose your info!

You can copy and paste these bullet points into the template provided, then simply read and write around them to blow the sentence up. You’ll want to come up with a few support sentences by simply expanding on the content in the bullet point. You’ll use the quote/paraphrased referenced material to support your statements, think how the bullet points relate to you, and then write your thoughts down in the third person. Then try to paraphrase your chosen bullet point that’s referenced, or just pop the quote at a natural point in the sentence and then reference down at the end! You’ll want to do this for all sections.

Step 3 – Bringing it all together.

Now you’ve got the main body of your discussion question, it’s time to bring it all together!

Introduction – Take a few sentences to let the reader know what they can expect, it’s almost a summary of your main body without giving too much away. Ideally, your introduction wants to be around three sentences long and flows into your first body. No references in the intro!

Conclusion – Similarly, you’re now drawing together the information that you’ve laid out, again with no references in this bit! Use a sentence to summarise each of your bodies, and then your final sentence to round it off, starting with an “in conclusion” is a great way to make your final statement.

Step 4 – References and Tidying Everything up

Make sure that you delete the references you haven’t used from the Reference Page (otherwise it’ll look a bit dodgy!). All the references can be found on the Template, delete as appropriate. Delete this top guide bit; add details to the title page, rename and save the document as your own and submit!
