For this Discussion, review this week’s Resources. Review Chapter 13 of Human Resources Management for Public and Nonprofit Organizations. Focus on the challenges facing human resource management in government and non-profit organizations. Review the journal articles and focus on the trends and opportunities available in the area of human resource management. Identify one opportunity, challenge, or trend related to human resource management.
