Week 4 Journal Entry
Select a client that you observed or counseled this week. Then, address the following in your Practicum Journal:
Client is a 41 year old female counseled for Generalized Anxiety Disorder and depression. Client reports feeling overwhelmed and feeling guilty for her mother’s sickness with stage IV cancer. Her husband is a military suffering from anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder. (This is my scenario. Please add/create other vital points that will make the write up flow)
