Describe the instrument you selected for the mock study and its appropriateness.
Describe its reliability and validity as reported in the literature, aSubmit draft research questions—and hypotheses where appropriate—developed from your problem and purpose statements.
Note. The questions should be sufficiently complex and original so that the findings could contribute to the existing body of knowledge in the field.
These drafts will be finalized for use in the Concept Paper Draft assignment due in Week Eight.
Revise your purpose statements drawing on feedback from your facilitator and peers. When you post the draft research questions and hypotheses, you must also include the revised problem and purpose statements so it is possible to clearly see the connection. These research questions must be based on the problem statements and purpose statements you developed in previous weeks.
Post your research questions—and hypotheses where appropriate—to your Learning Team forum for peer feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Be sure to review your fellow peer’s statements as well and provide constructive comments.nd its cultural appropriateness to your population.
Identify if you would need to modify the instrument, and if so, what that modification might be and the rationale. If the instrument has not been validated for a similar population, or if you would modify the instrument, describe how you would validate the instrument statistically. If you would not need to validate the instrument, describe how it was validated previously.Identify your data analysis plan to generate answers to the research questions based on the testing of each hypothesis pair. In other words, identify which statistical test you will use to test each hypothesis pair.
Justify the appropriateness of this approach to your study given the research design, the levels of measurement, and the distribution of the data.
