Gap Analysis
This week, several analysis tools were presented including SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, and Porter’s Five Forces. Each of these models is helpful when developing a strategic plan and are all “broad strokes” models. However, these models often overlook critical factors that impact healthcare organizations. Here is where Gap analysis comes into play.

- Conduct research on Gap analysis.
- Include at least one scholarly source to support ideas.
