Choose a chronic cardiac or respiratory disease as the focus for this project.

Do not use Microsoft Publisher. Using Microsoft Publisher will result in a 25% (3.75 point) grade reduction.

Create a trifold, 8.5 x 11–inch brochure. In your brochure, provide information that includes the following:

An aesthetic front page that encourages the patient to read further

Create a Word table and complete the exercise on pp. 120-121 as follows:

Fill out the signs and symptoms for each chosen condition.

In place of the diagnostic tests, list a conventional and a complementary or alternative therapy for each chosen condition.
